Many of our deliveries are carried out within 48 to 96 hours once items are in stock. We use Landbridge Logistics who are based in north Dublin city for many of our orders that will arrive at your address on a pallet however other distribution companies are also used on occasion.
Fastway Couriers and GLS are used for small parcels. Other couriers are also used when specialized products are shipped to our customers direct from partner warehouses in Europe. Delivery lead times regarding these specialized products vary from 7 to 15 working days and may also vary depending on stock availability at the time of purchase however you as a consumer will be kept informed if there will be slight changes at all times.
Please call us on 053 9175929 when placing your order for a quote on delivery charges if not already stated on our website. Single pallets are usually 49 euro ex vat and larger double pallets due to size/weight are 90 euro ex vat when pallets are being shipped here within Ireland. Small parcel charges usually range from 7 euro to 15 euro depending again on the size and weight of the product. These charges are included on the Invoice for a customer’s convenience if its form of purchase is prefered over online shopping.
