A fantastic new product to test endurance and develop strength for both pulling and pushing actions at a range of heights. This 3 legged sled (sometime known as the prowler) with high pushing handles at one end and fixing hooks or low handles at the other end for attaching a pulling harness is a must for rugby and strength training.

105cm wide x 105cm deep x 85cm at its’ heighest point.

Avoid the risk of your prowler breaking and not getting it replaced as promised when buying. Heavy gague steel is a must on this piece of kit. Pay a little more for an item that will create great revenue in your gym or facility outdoors.
